Tonight Sergeant Ferguson gained a promotion to Flight Sergeant. Flight Sergeant Ferguson has been in cadets for 5 years. He has achieved bronze leadership, bronze radio, bronze cyber and has achieved his Master Air Cadet qualification. He is also a Cadet Drill Instructor. Flight Sergeant said "To achieve this rank is a great achievement for me. Being an NCO has helped me gain confidence and vital leadership skills, that I apply daily in my day to day life. Being a Flight Sergeant will now allow me to further put these skills into practice. I am very pleased with my promotion."
