On the 14th on February, Flt Sgt. Melvin gained the highest promotion available for cadets and became a Cadet Warrant Officer. Over her 5 years CWO Melvin has participated in many events from Camps, Sports and Flying. In the past year she has qualified as a First Aid Instructor and gained a 12 hour Flying Scholarship with RAFA.
